COVID-19 Rules & Regulations

Please note that the following information on COVID-19 Rules & Regulations is based on the expected governmental provisions and estimated regulations in December.The congress format will be determined in accordance with this applicable regulations, but the organizer reservers the right to announce additonal regulations before the conference if necessary.

Attention: Access to the event will only be granted according to the COVID-19 Entry Regulation – 2 means of verification (in German: 2G-Regel – geimpft, genesen)

✓  Vaccination – fully vaccinated or 22 days after receipt of vaccination with one shot vaccine (only in the EU licensed vaccinations).
✓  Recovered after COVID-19 infection not longer than 6 months ago before arrival (PCR approved). 

Please note that the limited validation of the full vacination for a period of 9 months starts on December 6th, 2021 - after the conference and is therefore not valid for the conference.

A PCR test certificate only is not permitted anymore.

Audience: Free antigen testing and PCR testing for anyone with no symptoms;
People who do not have an eCard or who do not live in Austria are also tested. The prerequisite, however, is an Austrian address (e.g. a hotel) at which the test person can be reached in the event of a positive result.

PCR tests: Book an appointment for the PCR test as for the antigen test via the platform When registering, no distinction is currently made between antigen testing and PCR testing, so register for the antigen test. At the test station, registration for PCR testing is required on site until the registration system is changed by the federal government The result is sent to the test person by SMS within an average of 24-48 hours - however, there is no guarantee for this time.
